A simple Mediterranean twist on a classic spritz. At Brother Marcus we use a rakomelo from the Greek brand Roots, who also produce a delicious mastiha. We get through a lot, and you might recognise the bottle as we use the empty ones as our water bottles in the restaurant!

Ingredients

  • 35 ml rakomelo
  • 10 ml verjus or lemon juice
  • 150

Method

SO simple. Grab your glass, pour in the rakomelo and verjus or lemon juice. Stir, then fill your glass with ice, top with prosecco and pop in your orange slice!
