This is a refreshing Eastern Mediterranean spritz. Pomegranates appear in a lot of our dishes so make sure you make a few of these whenever you have any left over.

25 ml pomegranate liqueur
25 ml Aperol
80 ml

Method

Fill your wine glass with ice, then add the pomegranate liqueur, Aperol and prosecco and stir gently. Drop in the pomegranate seeds and orange slice, then float the mint leaves on top.
