Impress your friends by making your own ginger beer! We give ours the Eastern Mediterranean twist by adding pomegranate juice for a slightly fruity flavour. We use Gervin GV-10 light sparkling wine yeast which you can get online. It takes two to three days to ferment the ginger beer but it’s well worth it for the refreshing results. Don’t forget to refrigerate it once fermented as otherwise there is a danger the bottle will explode.
