We tend to put this on the menu in the late summer months when figs are ripe and more easily available in the shops. It always hits the spot and it isn’t too sweet.
Trim the stems off the figs and put them – skin and all – into a blender with the blueberries, bananas, oat milk and vanilla extract. Blitz until smooth and foamy and serve over ice in a nice big glass.
