Brother Marcus Tea

Travelling around the Eastern Med, we fell in love with all the spice markets with their colourful displays and interesting dried herbs and fruit. We noticed that each restaurant would have a subtly different tea from their neighbours, often using their own, individual recipe. This inspired us to go away and create our own tea blend for Brother Marcus. The base is Greek mountain tea, which is naturally caffeine-free and tastes like a cross between chamomile and green tea.
