Pickled Red Cabbage

• 250 g red cabbage, finely sliced
• 1 recipe Hot Pickle Liquor

Put the red cabbage into a Pyrex bowl and pour over the hot pickling liquor, then cover with cling film. Set aside for an hour or so and then either serve or keep in a jar in the fridge, with a little piece of greaseproof paper pressed on the surface.
