Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g / 3Β½ oz caster sugar

Method

Whisk the eggs with the sugar with an electric beater until the whisk leaves a trail across the surface of the mixture. Gradually fold in the flour sifted with the cocoa, taking care not to lose too much air. Pour into the prepared cake tin.
