Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas
  • 2 tbs dark Jamaican rum
  • 300 g /

Method

Peel the bananas and slice them into a bowl. Add the rum and stir to coat the fruit. Break 200 g / 7 oz of the chocolate into pieces in a bowl and melt in a microwave oven or over simmering water. Ch
