Method

Sift the flour into a bowl and rub in the butter until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add the water and mix to a soft dough. Wrap the pastry in plastic and chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.

In a pan, gently melt the butter with the sugar, flour, cocoa powder and cinnamon, then stir in the chopped nuts. When thick and well combined, remove from the heat and cool the mi
