  • About

Paddington Bear cookie cutters can sometimes be found in kitchenware shops. But, if need be, trace the shape from a Paddington book to make a cardboard template. The chocolate icing incorporates the famous bear’s favourite food – marmalade.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs cocoa
  • 2 tbs hot water
  • 90 g /

Method

Blend the cocoa with the hot water in a bowl then add the butter, in pieces, and the sugar. Beat together until smooth. Mix in the egg and the flour until you have a stiff dough that can be shaped into a ball.

Roll out the dough on a floured board until 5 mm /
