Cream Cheese Frosting

• 45 g / 1½ oz cream cheese
• 175 g / 6

Beat the cream cheese in a small bowl until smooth and gradually blend in the sifted icing sugar, adding more or less according to how stiff you want the frosting. Add vanilla essence or lemon zest to taste and use the frosting straight away.
