  • 175 g / 6 oz icing sugar
  • 23 tbs

Method

Sift the icing sugar into a bowl and gradually blend in the yoghurt, a little at the time until the frosting is as spreadable as you wish. Mix in vanilla essence to taste. Spread the frosting over the cake while still soft.
