Like our cheese-containing Cauliflower Leaf Pesto, the plant-based version is made with cauliflower leaves to add an unexpected crucifer component. Note that only a small amount is needed for their unique flavor, and you’ll be using just the green parts of the leaves, not the white crispy parts.
