Little chia seeds are packed with heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids and filled with fiber and protein. And because they absorb liquid like crazy, they add thickening power to jam just by stirring them in. If your jam isn’t thick enough, add more chia seeds ½ teaspoon at a time, and if it’s too thick, add a little water. Use any berry you like or a mix of seasonal fruit.
