An ideal grilled cheese sandwich is well browned on the outside and oozing with cheese on the inside. Ours goes a step further: When the crust hits the pan, the cheese it’s made from melts into crispy bits to provide cheesy satisfaction inside and out! Any type of cheese and meat (or skip the meat) can be put into this sandwich equation. To add some heat, make your sandwich with pepper Jack cheese.
