When you have a hankering for cauliflower pure and simple, make it cauliflower steak night! You can make your steak in a cast-iron pan or even cook it out on the barbecue. A side of roasted cauliflower leaves completes the “steak and salad” pairing. I like to slice my cauliflower steak horizontally rather than top to bottom to yield several smaller steaks revealing beautiful flower shapes on all sides.
