Zoodle Alfredo Pizza

When I started selling my pizza crusts at the Chico Farmers’ Market, I also offered zucchini noodles—aka zoodles—before they were ever in grocery stores. When it came time to take my business to the next step, I had to choose between zoodles and cauliflower pizza because I didn’t have the money, equipment, or manpower for both. Shortly after I launched Cali’flour Foods, zoodles went through the roof, but our pizzas aren’t doing too shabby either! I still love taking out the spiralizer and m
