My contemporary version of our beloved guacamole has a lot of fans, too.
Lightly mash the avocado, onion, and chile in a molcajete. Gently fold in the grapes, mango, and pineapple; season to taste with salt. Garnish with pomegranate seeds or blackberries and serve with chips.
