Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork rind or skin, with most of the fat trimmed and discarded
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Vegetable oil

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F.
  2. Cut the pork rind into 2-inch squares, sprinkle with salt, and spread in a single layer on a jellyroll pan.
