  • 2 cups Salsa Verde
  • 1 ripe avocado, preferably Hass variety, peeled and pitted
  • Kosher salt

Method

Make the Salsa Verde. In the jar of an electric blender, combine it with avocado and purée until smooth; season to taste with salt.
