I remember eating my first bacon-wrapped hot dog in the ’80s as a teenager when we visited Tijuana. Crisp, thin-sliced bacon wrapped around a sizzling TJ Dog, nestled inside a warm tortilla, topped with melted cheese and pickled jalapeños, paired with ice-cold Mexican Coca-Cola made with cane sugar in a glass bottle is street-food heaven! Buy good quality hot dogs for best results (we use Kobe beef in the restaurant), but really any kind works.
