Use this brisket for Machacado Tacos con Huevos as a hearty breakfast, or for delicious enchiladas or tamales. In Mexico it’s unheard-of to serve meat like this without a tortilla in some form. It’s either served on top of a tortilla, with sopas, or served on the side for making tacos.
