Method

Slice the strawberries, sprinkle them with granulated sugar, and set aside.
In a medium-size bowl, beat the heavy cream or Media table cream, milk, and confectioners’ sugar with a whisk into soft peaks.
Spoon the strawberries into parfait glasses, about 1 cup
