2 cups fresh strawberries, plus 4 whole strawberries, for garnish

Method

Slice the strawberries, sprinkle them with granulated sugar, and set aside.
In a medium-size bowl, beat the heavy cream or Media table cream, milk, and confectioners’ sugar with a whisk into soft peaks.
