Mexican Donuts Filled with Spiced Coffee Cream

Dos Caminos guests adore our Mexican doughnuts. The light, airy churros (see sidebar) are filled with a luscious, spiced coffee cream filling. This recipe is easily doubled to feed a great crowd of friends who, we assure you, won’t be able to stop celebrating two Mexican treasures: Oaxaca’s cinnamon-scented chocolate and crunchy, fried churros.
