These icy, spicy Mexican pops from Michoacan aren’t the beloved “Otter Pops” from my childhood. (But I still like those, too!) They can be both rustic and sophisticated and are made in a hypnotizing array of colors and flavors, including creamy mamey, cajeta, hibiscus, guanabana, and the frozen heat of pepino or mango con chile.
