Two hours later, having had time to think about it, this is what i should have ordered. The “kick” comes from the coffee.
Put the milk and ⅔ cup (150 mL) of the whipping cream in a saucepan and warm over low heat.
Add the chocolate and stir until melted. Stir in the caramel syrup and the coffee. Whip the remaining cream, pour the drink into a mug and top with the whipped cream.
