  • cup (150 mL) whipping cream

Method

Bring the cream to a boil in a saucepan, then pour over the chocolate pieces. Stir until melted.

Let cool sufficiently to handle then take pieces of the mixture and form into balls by rolling between the palms of your hands.

Wrap the butterscotch candies in a tea towel and crush them with a rolling pin.

Roll the truffles in the broken candy pieces. Serve immediately whil
