Ingredients

  • 8 Caramel candy pieces
  • ½ cup (125 ml) whipping cream

Method

Melt the candy pieces slowly in a non-stick pan, then stir in 1 tbsp of cream per candy to obtain a sauce that’s suitably thick when hot, or creamy when cold.
