  • ¾ cup (175 mL) whipping cream
  • Vanilla extract

Method

Combine the cream, a few drops of vanilla extract, and the sugar in a bowl and beat until firm, but not solid.

Remove the ice cream from the freezer to soften.

Arrange the cake pieces in the bottom of 4 tall sundae glasses. Drizzle each with the caramel sauce. In each glass build up the layers as follows: a scoop of vanilla ice cream, a sprinkle of caramelized hazelnuts, a drizz
