Method

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Heat the butter, syrup, and sugar together in a saucepan, stirring with a wooden spoon until the butter melts. Remove from the heat, add the rolled oats and almonds, and mix well.

Pour the mixture into a greased 8-inch (2-L) square bak
