Method

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Mix the oil with the honey, and season with salt and pepper. Coat the pork with the mixture and put in the oven, immediately lowering the temperature to 275°F (140°C).

Cook the meat for about 2 hours, basting frequently with the cookin
