  • ¼ cup plus 1 Tbsp (60 mL) light soy sauce

Method

Put all the ingredients except the meat in a skillet, place over moderate heat, and stir until the sauce thickens. Add the pork to the skillet and cook, turning frequently, and basting continuously with the sauce.
