An attractive and practical way to add pizazz to a cheese board or liven up a dessert. Not easy to cut, however, and watch out for those crowns and fillings!

Ingredients

For the caramel

  • ½ cup less 1 Tbsp (100 mL) granulated sugar

Method

Make a caramel with the sugar and water.

Arrange the dried fruit and nuts on the camembert and drizzle with the warm caramel, allowing it to run down the sides. Leave to cool and harden.
