Ingredients

  • 170 g/2 cups unsweetened dessicated coconut (or 1 mature coconut, grated)

Method

Mix the filling ingredients and heat over a low flame until softened, about 15–20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4
