Make as many as you wish using this basic ratio of bananas to other ingredients. (They shrink!)

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas, peeled
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 tsp butter

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. In a greased baking dish, place the bananas, sprinkle with sugar and place a little butter on top. Mix the orange juice and rum and pour around the bananas. Bake
