Rub-a-Dub Venison

Don’t be put off by the number of ingredients in this fantastic rub – it is incredibly simple to make. Try it on lovely lean venison, other meat such as chicken breasts, or even some salmon. This recipe is good with Caribbean Mash or chopped up for a gamey version of Kickbabs.
