Here’s a jelly with the colours of reggae music and Rasta culture and a trio of mouthwatering citrus flavours that will please every age, from the ancients to the young kids. Bring it to the table with a wibble-wobble-gobble! Use a 1 litre (1¾ pint) jelly mould or basin.

  • 15 sheets of gelatine (30 g/1 oz. in total)

  • Separate the gelatine into batches of 4, 5 and 6 sheets. Put each batch into a shallow dish of warm water (remember which is which!). Leave to soak for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, take 3 saucepans and put the cordial into one, the lemonade into the second and the orange juice into the third.
