  • About

This reminds me of my school days when I’d enjoy a nice ice-cold Sky Juice in a bag or pot. In the Caribbean little clear bags of it, bright and refreshing, are hung up for sale in the street. Fantastic! Add some rum and you get my adult version: Sky-high Juice! The street sellers in the Caribbean have special ice shavers but you can use ice cubes crushed up in a blender or bashed to bits in a tea towel. You want it to have a reasonably fine texture, but not slushy: it will melt soon enough
