The grated nutmeg in this gives it a really fantastic and refreshing sunshine taste.

Ingredients

  • ripe bananas, sliced
  • 35 g ( oz) root ginger, chopped

Method

  • Put the bananas, ginger, allspice, cloves, nutmeg and coconut milk into a blender and whizz until smooth.
  • Transfer to a bowl and stir in the condensed milk, honey, almond, vanilla, rum and lime juice. Put in the fridge to chill and serve over ice in a tall glass.
