  • 8 lamb’s kidneys
  • 4 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1 large onion, coarsely chopped


Remove skin and excess fat from the kidneys. Cut lengthwise into halves. Soak in salted water for 15 minutes. Remove from water and pat dry with paper towels.
