Roast Suckling Pig: Stuffing (Jamaica No. 1)

• ¾ lb. bread crumbs
• Milk
• 2 cloves garlic, minced

Moisten the bread crumbs with a little milk and add all the remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
