  • 2 medium-sized cucumbers
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large clove

Method

Peel the cucumbers and cut into halves lengthwise. Scrape out the seeds. Chop the cucumbers coarsely and mix with the salt. Allow to stand for 10 minutes, then drain thoroughly. Toss with the garlic, lime juice and hot pepper.
