  • 8 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 4 or 5 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 6 cloves


Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the spring onions and garlic and sauté until the spring onions are tender, but not browned. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer gently for 2 or 3 minutes. Serve with the suckling pig.
