Ingredients

  • 6 lb. tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 lb. onions, finely chopped
  • ½

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a large pan and bring to the boil. Lower the heat and cook, stirring, until the mixture is quite thick. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
