  • 3 tablespoons cane or white wine vinegar, or lime, or lemon juice, or a mixture of both
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground


Combine the vinegar or juice, salt and pepper to taste, and the sugar in a bowl, together with the mustard, if liked. Beat with a fork until the salt has dissolved. Beat in the oil to blend thoroughly.
