  • ½ lb. yellow or red fresh hot peppers, seeded
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2

Method

Combine all the ingredients in an electric blender and reduce to purée. Pour into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for a minute or two. Pour into sterilized jars. Serve with any meat or fish.
