  • 2 oz. brown sugar

Mix the cream cheese, sugar and ½ teaspoon of the cinnamon together until well blended. Set aside. Heat the butter in a heavy skillet and sauté the banana halves until they are lightly browned on both sides. Lay 4 of the halves in a buttered shallow fire-proof serving dish.
