  • 2 lb. sweet potatoes
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 oz. butte


Peel and slice the sweet potatoes and cook in water to cover until tender, about 25 minutes. Drain and mash. Peel and mash the banana and add to the sweet potatoes. Add all the other ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Pour into a greased 9-by-5 loaf pan and bake in the centre of a 350°F (gas 4) oven for
