  • 4 oz. light rum
  • 3 oz. fresh pineapple, coarsely chopped
  • Caster sugar to


Combine the rum and pineapple in an electric blender and blend on high speed until the pineapple is completely pulverized and the drink smooth. Taste, and blend in some sugar if necessary.

Put the ice into a goblet and pour in the liquor. Stir to mix. Decorate with the sprig of mint.
