Frozen Daiquiri

• 3 oz. light rum
• 2 teaspoons caster sugar
• 2

Place all the ingredients in an electric blender and blend on high speed until the contents have the consistency of snow. Serve immediately in a thoroughly chilled saucer champagne glass, with short drinking straws.
